According to the latest researches walking is a suitable sport for all ages, but running is dangerous for the elderly or people with heart disease.
In some cases hard exercise causes blood clots inside blood vessels and thus stops the blood flow to the heart muscle and cause severe pain. In contrary walking is a simple and safe exercise and play a key role in health and disease prevention.
When walking, leg muscles are working to pump blood more easily to the heart. If you move the limbs are weak and frail, the driving force of the body to transport blood to the heart is not enough. So brisk walking is better than jogging.
Brisk walking improves circulation to help to increase the intensity of oxygen consumption and heart rate.
Scholars believe that, within 10 minutes of fast walking you should walk about a kilometer. However, for the elderly and weakened people this distance is less.
People who are obese and do exercise, they should gradually increase walking speed, every minute about 70 meters walk. Walking has a positive effect on appetite and sleep quality.

To keep healthy body, exercise and adopting a healthy diet is essential. Some people who want to reduce their weight in a short period of time start practicing unhealthy eating habits. The consequences of a poor diet are numerous among which the following can be noted:
1 - Increase Weight
Under this kind of unhealthy diets, food consumption reaches to its minimum so that the body can take the true meaning of hunger. It won’t be able to store up energy and will start slowing the metabolism down.
Upon reaching a minimum weight, the motivation to continue on this diet will vanish and you will start eating again. Due to disruptions in metabolic process, this time you are more vulnerable to gain weight than before. This makes you to come back later to unhealthy diet. This eating habit cycle which is called" yo yo ", will result overweight in the future.

Adopt unhealthy diet causes shortages of essential vitamins and minerals such as sodium and potassium in the body. These two elements play a vital role in the body's nerve and muscle functions. Because the amount of additional energy intake and metabolism is unknown, the body is forced to obtain energy from muscle tissues. That may severely affect the tissues around vital organs such as heart, kidney, liver , etc.  .

Women by taking this type of diet won’t receive enough calcium and my develop osteoporosis in the future.

By taking enough amount of proteins and carbohydrates, serotonin and dopamine are produced regularly in the body. Shortages of carbohydrates and protein will caused neurological disorders and severe depression.
